JoAnn Elaine Lawrence, 70, of Kimball Township, died Tuesday, December 1, 2015.

She was born April 8, 1945 in Port Huron to the late Milton and Phebe Lawrence.

Ms. Lawrence retired from Lear Corporation after 34 years of service. She loved her cats and feeding the animals in her yard.

She is survived by her brother, Milton (Sandra) Lawrence; a sister-in-law, Linda Lawrence; and several nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special niece and caregiver, Cindy Burns. She was preceded in death by a brother, Skeeter Lawrence.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015 in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
