Patricia A Lewandowski

Patricia Ann Marie Lewandowski, 78, of Fort Gratiot died Thursday, November 30, 2017.

She was born July 10, 1939 in Port Huron to the late James and Marguerite Lewandowski.

Mrs. Lewandowski was an active member of Woman’s Life Chapter #611. She will be remembered by her family as a hard working mother who had many friends, made everyone laugh and was a very loving and giving woman.

She is survived by four children, Marsha (Joe) Garcia, Sandra (Gary) Johnson, Linda Caplinger and Troy Caplinger; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; siblings, Vernita Sari, William Lewandowski and Julie Warren; a sister-in-law, Jean Lewandowski; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings, James Lewandowski, Marie Coleman and Marguerite Hayes.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4th, 2017 in St. Stephens Catholic Church. The Very Reverend Salvatore Palazzolo, KHS will officiate.
