Guy Douglas Patrick, 85, of Fort Gratiot, died Monday January 22, 2018.

He was born September 27, 1932 in Port Huron to the late Albert and Goldie Patrick. He married Norma Jean Weber on May 23, 1954 in Port Huron. She died April 23, 2011.

Mr. Patrick was a pipefitter with Ford Motor Company for 30 years, retiring in 1995. He served in the U.S. Army. He lived in the U.P. for 14 years and loved nature and deer hunting. In his younger years, he enjoyed bowling and playing baseball. He attended Colonial Woods Missionary Church and breakfasted regularly with church friends. He volunteered at Regency on the Lake.

He is survived by two daughters, Deborah Lee Dimick (Al Webb) and Dianna Marie (John) Johnson; a son, Douglas William (Pattie) Patrick; grandchildren, James West, Joel West, Anthony Devereaux, Kevin Johnson, Brian Johnson, Douglas Patrick Jr., Jeremy Patrick, Joan Pavey and Jennifer Dickson; 11 great grandchildren, two brothers, Eugene Patrick and Gerald (Betty) Patrick; a sister, Margaret Gardner; a brother-in-law, Robert (Eileen) Weber; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Shirley, Orville and Raymond Patrick.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Rev. Phil Whetstone will officiate.

Burial will be Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veteran Honor Guard.
