Phyllis Walmsley

Phyllis D. Walmsley, 101, of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Port Huron, died Thursday, March 1, 2012.

She was born May 6, 1910 in Moose Jaw, Canada to the late William and Mabel Walmsley and lived there through much of her childhood. She was employed with Tomlin Drugs for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Port Huron High School Class of 1927 and was a former member of Colonial Woods Missionary Church in Port Huron. She was a current member of Bethany Bible Church in Pheonix, Arizona.

She is survived by three nieces, Pat, Linda, and Julie; two great nieces and one great nephew; a cousin, Karen; and several dear friends in Phoenix.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at noon. The Reverend Stanley W. Liechty of Colonial Woods Missionary Church will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Valley in Pheonix.
