Robert Lee Shaw, 63, of Port Huron, died Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit with his sister, Susan and niece, Mackenzie by his side.
He was born September 8, 1950 in Port Huron to the late Jack C. and Dorothy I. Shaw.
Robert worked in local factories but most enjoyed his job taking care of his dear friend, Doris. He also liked fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his son, Gary; daughter, Michelle; several grandchildren; a sister, Susan (Terry) Bolman; two brothers, Jack C. (Wanda) Shaw Jr. and Randy (Cindy) Shaw; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack in 1972 and his mother, Dorothy in 2008.
Visitation will be from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.
Burial will be in Caswell Cemetery, Kimball Township.
Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Water Area Humane Society.
