Gary L Atkinson

Gary Louis Atkinson, 60, of Clyde Township, died Thursday, August 14, 2014.

He was born June 26, 1954 in Port Huron to the late John and Ethel Atkinson.

Mr. Atkinson graduated from Yale High School in 1972. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting and traveling.

He is survived by a daughter, Trish Atkinson; a grandson, Wesley Hall; five sisters, Dee (Jim) Lynch, Carol Kirkendall, Shirley Murray, Barbara (Lester) Brennan and Joyce Atkinson; four brothers, John (Ruth) Atkinson, Donald (Janet) Atkinson, Roger (Donna) Atkinson and Dale Atkinson; many nieces and nephews; and many friends, including Bill Johnston. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tara Grace Atkinson.

Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Water Area Humane Society. Arrangements are by Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
