Frank Schlett

Frank William Schlett, 94, of Port Huron, died Monday, April 20, 2015.

He was born July 20, 1920 in Southfield Township, the son of the late Frank L. and Ella M. Schlett.

Frank served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Mr. Schlett was a plant supervisor with Detroit Edison. He enjoyed computers, sewing, golf, cooking, and was very handy.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Gloria J.; daughter-in-law, Andrea Schlett; four grandchildren, Frank S. (Susan) Schlett, Melanie L. Schlett, Susan Mims and Melissa (Richard) Ford; seven great-grandchildren; and his sister, Thelma Dimas. He was preceded in death by two sons, Frank L. Schlett and Roger J. Schlett.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 24, 2015 in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Deacon Dennis Crimmins will officiate.

Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
