Bobby R Jemison
Bobby Ray Jemison, 55, of Port Huron had his sunset take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2015.
His sunrise took place on July 14, 1960 in Mobile, Alabama. He moved to Port Huron at an early age where he was employed in the manufacturing field for many years. He also owned and operated a lawn service company during that time.
Bobby will be remembered as a creative person who enjoyed drawing. He accepted Salvation before his passing and is rejoicing with the Lord.
He leaves to mourn his passing his son, Bobby Ray Washington; three granddaughters, Dakoldus, Isis and Carolina Bleu, all of Long Beach, California; a step daughter, Miracle Becks; siblings, Charlie (Anita) Jemison of Port Huron, Helen Fleming of Talladega, Alabama; Mary Edwards of Port Huron, Amy Fairy (Richard) Hunter Sr. of Birmingham, Alabama, Eddie Jemison of Mobile, Alabama, Chester (Pearl) Jemison of Clerio, Alabama, Jewall (Gregory) Graham of Port Huron, Martha Doss of Virginia, Mattie Gulley of Mobile, Alabama, Merceda Miller of Port Huron, Cappa Culpepper Jr. of Port Huron, and Alfreda (Delbert) Bates of Port Huron, Velma Dupree of Colorado, and Rosemania Johnson of Virginia; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also survived by his fiancé, Sharon Becks. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kappa and Birdie Culpeper; and his brother, Jean Jemison.
Visitation will be held from 11:00am to noon on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in Metropolitan Baptist Church with a service immediately following. Pastor Anthony King will officiate. Burial will take place in Lakeside Cemetery. A repast will be held following the services at the Harvey Reinvestment Center.
