Gary L Hall
Gary L. Hall, 67, of Fort Gratiot, died Saturday, December 26, 2015 in Blue Water Hospice Home, Marysville.
He was born July 15, 1948 in Kentucky to the late Robert S. and Victoria R. Hall. He married his high school sweetheart, Judy Hansel, on September 9, 1967 in St. Clair.
Gary earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University and worked for Xerox Corporation for 25 years before starting his own company, Hall Business Systems, which later became Prime Office Technologies. He was an active member of First Presbyterian Church where he was an Elder and past President of the Corporation. He was a former member of the Port Huron Rotary Club and B.P.O.E. Lodge #323, and a member of the Port Huron Hospital Foundation Beacon Society. Gary was a man of many interests, including sports, boating, animals, music, cars, and history. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends at the cottage.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Judy; daughter, Kimberly Hall; brother, Robert (Dorothy “Dottie”) Hall; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Harold Hansel, Donald Hansel, Marilyn Bowman, Frank (Pat) Hansel and Karen (Walter) Styk; many nieces and nephews; and many special friends and business associates.
He was preceded in death by his son, Bradley; and a brother, James D. Hall.
Memorial visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2016 in First Presbyterian Church, Port Huron. The Reverend Jason E. Pittman will officiate.
