Eugene T Gay

Eugene Thomas Gay, 65, of Port Huron, died Tuesday, December 29, 2015.

He was born November 2, 1950 in Port Huron to the late Robert Sr. and Mary Gay. He married Wilma Yonce on July 5, 1988 in Johnson City, Tennessee. She died December 27, 2014.

Mr. Gay worked for Mueller Brass for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, golfing, and driving around. Most important to him was his family.

He is survived by two daughters, Gloria (David) Lockwood and Linda Gay Dubs; five grandchildren, Bruce Allen Boehm, Michael (Nicole) Dubs, Christena (Rean) Arnold Best, Amanda Boehm and Bobby Best; 14 great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; three sisters, Beulah Brockitt, Cathy Paeth, and Marilyn (Gale) Collins; a brother, Carl Gay; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lori Ann Best; a grandson, Mark S. Dubs Jr.; a brother, Robert Gay Jr.; and a brother-in-law, Warren Brockitt.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, 2015 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Port Huron Township.
