Donald Michael Loxton, 55, of Port Huron Township, died Wednesday, February 3, 2016. He was born April 28, 1960 in Port Huron. He married Kathy Baker on July 2, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Loxton was a machinist and metal finisher with BioPro. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Smiths Creek Lodge #491 F & AM and Noruh Grotto. He enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. He is survived by his wife, Kathy; three children, DJ Loxton, Danielle (Emmanuel Geddie) Loxton and Dana (Corry) Sterling; two stepchildren, Samantha (Dean Morris) Lozano and Nicole (David Rodriguez) Lozano; grandchildren, Julian, Ethan, Chloe, Logan, Gavin, Marissa, Kayla, Landon, Jaysean and Lilli; his mother, Carolyn Fraser; his father-in-law, Terry Baker; brothers, Gary Loxton and Edward Loxton; brother-in-law, Edward (Erika Payne) Baker; sister-in-law, Cheryl (Allan) McDonald; grandmother-in-law, Pauline Baker; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Vaughan Fraser. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Saturday in the Marysville Funeral Home. A Masonic service will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 7, 2016 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Rev. Don Doerzbacher will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
