Annette Rogan
Mother Annette Rogan, 87, of Port Huron went home to be with the Lord Monday, April 11, 2016.
She was born November 27, 1928 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Dewey and Elizabeth Phillips. She married Roy Rogan on March 11, 1949 in Detroit, MI. He died August 8, 1989.
Mother Rogan was a long time member of Bethlehem Temple where she served under the leadership of Bishop Virgil H. Oates and Bishop Marvin D. Mitchell. She was also an active member of the Apostolic Assembly of Christ Organization, founded under the leadership of Bishop G.M. Boone. She was employed as a sales clerk for Mosher’s Jewelry for many years.
She leaves behind her sons, Roy (Delilah) Rogan, Pastor Gary M. Rogan and Mark A. Rogan; three daughters, Linda (Elder Willie) Jefferson, Rhonda (Bennie) Howard and Mary (Lee) Davis; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; a brother, Wendell Phillips; sisters, Ann Marie (Bishop Archie) Eggleton, Betty Salter, and Margie Allen; daughter-in-law, Linda Rogan; a brother-in-law, Len Rogan; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Jackie Boughner; and a special friend of the family, Christine Charlton. She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Rogan, and sisters, Mary Lou Phillips and Doris Jean Phillips.
Visitation will be from 6-9 pm Friday in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Bethlehem Temple Church, Port Huron. Bishop Marvin Mitchell will officiate.
Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.
