Donald R Moutoux
Donald Richard Moutoux, 78, of Burtchville Township, died Tuesday, June 28, 2016.
He was born August 10, 1937 in Port Huron to the late Benjamin and Lila Moutoux. He married Patricia Heaslip Turner on November 12, 1988 in Port Huron.
Mr. Moutoux was employed as a nurse prior to his retirement. He served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed wood carving, writing poetry and studying his Bible.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; four children, Stephanie “Mouse” (Gary) Moutoux, James Moutoux, Kim (Kevin) Hulverson and Jeff (Melissa) Turner; 15 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; a brother, Ernest Moutoux; a sister, Norma Little; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammie Woo; and a sister, Marti Carr.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 3, 2016 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
