Dale F Cuthbertson

Dale Francis Cuthbertson Sr., 84, of Port Huron Township, died Sunday, July 17, 2016.

He was born May 11, 1932 in Algonac, to the late Robert and Maybelle Cuthbertson. He married Diane Marie Oldakowski in 1970 in East Detroit.

Dale served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He loved fishing, woodworking and being on Lake St. Clair and the St. Clair River Flats.

He is survived by his wife, Diane; children, Dale, Ricky, Pamela, Randy, George and Jerry; several grandchildren; a great grandson; sisters, Josephine Czarniak, and Diane Pavliczek. He was preceded in death by his son, Tommy, brothers, Buster, Robert and Alex.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2016 in the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with Rosary at 8:30 p.m.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Holy Trinity Parish St. Stephen Catholic Church, with visitation at the church one hour prior to the service. The Reverend Jeffrey Allan will officiate.

Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the United States Army and St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
