Angelika Headlee

Angelika “Angie” Headlee, 62, of Kimball Township, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016.

She was born March 23, 1954 in Germany to Thomas and Brigitta Aumen. She married Terry Headlee on March 3, 1973 in Port Huron.

Angie was a 1972 graduate of Marine City High School. She was a secretary for Dr. Jerry at the Bone and Joint Institute. She enjoyed knitting, making prayer shawls (over 2000 distributed worldwide) and gardening. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her husband, Terry; two children, Christy (Chris) Berdan and James Headlee; grandchildren, Nichole Berdan, Tyler Berdan and Bradley Hunter; a great grandchild, Cali Mertz; her parents, Tom and Brigitta Aumen; three siblings, Carl (Lois) Aumen, Ulli (Tom) Bowen and Mark Aumen; her mother-in-law, Norma Headlee; father-in-law, James (Joyce) Headlee; brother-in-law, Dave (Connie) Headlee; sister-in-law, Lynn (Brian) Conklin; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Thursday in the Marysville Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 28, 2016 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Rev. Ed King will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery.
