Michael Patrick Hines, 56, of Roseville, died Thursday, January 26, 2017.

He was born November 29, 1960 in Detroit.

Michael was a professional painter and enjoyed spending time with family and fishing.

He is survived by two daughters, Kristin Hines (Jesse Allagreen) and Jacqueline Hines (Steven Chappell); his mother, Catherine Fontana; his father, Harold Hines (Patricia Lopata); grandchildren, Nicholas Hines, Kain Allagreen ,Serena Chappell and Sierra Chappell; four siblings, Tammy (Ken) Carlin, Chuck Hines, Sandy (Tony) Essian and David Hines (Jane Fischer); stepbrother, Vito Fontana and stepsisters, Debbie Woodard and Fran Dion. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Vic Fontana; and a sister-in-law, Julie Hines.

A memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 am.
