Melba Catherine Mudge, 94, of St. Clair, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
She was born August 18, 1922 in St. Clair to the late Walter and Lillian Ahles. She married Hector V. Mudge on November 21, 1942 in Toledo, Ohio. He preceded her in death on August 4, 2015.
Melba dairy farmed with her late husband for many years. She was a fantastic cook and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, David Mudge; son-in-law, Chuck King; grandchildren, Renea (Jeff) Weatherwax, Dawn Johnson, Heather Mudge, Jennifer (Matt) Powell, David King and Kelly King; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughters, Sandra Lynn King and Judith Mudge; three brothers and two sisters.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 29, 2017 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation from 12 noon until the time of service. The Reverend Max Amstutz will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Wales Township.
