Robert Charles Danhausen, 83, of Port Huron, died Sunday, November 4, 2018.
He was born March 11, 1935 in Hazel Park to the late Olin and Grace Danhausen.
Bob was an owner/operator with CRST for over 50 years and served in the National Guard. He was an active member of Smiths Creek Bible Church and enjoyed duck hunting.
He is survived by four children, Darci Danhausen, Ronald (Khalida) Graham, Connie (Lynden) Thorpe and Scott (Jay Davis) Frazer; nine grandchildren, Laycee Danhausen (Daniel Duckworth), Karly (Joe) Morkes, Allie Danhausen, Michael, Misty and Megan Graham, Danielle Kennedy, Kyle Cook and Darian Rufino; a great grandchild, Dexter Doggett; two siblings, Lawrence “Larry” Danhausen and Carol (Bud) Shell; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a son, Dallas Danhausen; and a sister, Sharon Clark.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Marysville Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2018 in Smiths Creek Bible Church. Pastor J.D. Loy will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the Michigan Army National Guard and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron.
