Richard H Young

Richard H. Young, 76, of Port Huron, died, Sunday, December 16, 2018.

He was born September 7, 1942 in North Street to the late Colin and Eloise Young.

Richard was a construction engineer and owned and operated Inspection Services until his retirement. He was a master woodcarver, former member of the Fort Gratiot Lions Club, was a member of the Marysville and Croswell Tractor Club and a longtime volunteer with 4-H.

He is survived by his daughters, Tracy (Donald) Webb, Joanne Borton and Kristy Marek; life companion of 15 years, Sue Lozano and her son, Joseph (Rita) Lozano; grandchildren, Kenneth (Alyssa) Fields, Joseph Lozano and Emilia Lozano; great grandchildren, Keagan and Samuel Fields; and his sister, Joyce Young.

A memorial gathering will be held in the spring.
