Cheryl Wietecha

Cheryl Dawn Wietecha, 62, of Clay Township, died Tuesday, December 17, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. She was born April 7, 1957 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She married Martin D. Wietecha on June 8, 1979 in Eastpointe. Cheryl enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Martin; a daughter, Michelle (Jason) Hale; a granddaughter, Ellie; her mother, Beverly Beetham; a sister, Deborah Beetham; a brother, Steven Beetham; mother-in-law, Mary Wietecha; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Janet Aiuto, Michael (Diana) Wietecha, Dan (Fran) Wietecha, Tom (Ellen) Wietecha, and Kevin (Katie) Wietecha; 8 nieces and nephews; and 5 great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Everett Beetham; father-in-law, Walter Wietecha; and brothers-in-law, Robert Wietecha and Frank Aiuto. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township. Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home. Arrangements are by Marysville Funeral Home.
