Clair D VanCamp
Clair D. VanCamp, 80, of Clyde Township, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 10, 2020 at home surrounded by his family.
He was born March 14, 1940 in Port Huron to the late Clair L. and Marian VanCamp. He married Martha Dawley on May 19, 1979 in Port Huron.
Mr. VanCamp was employed at the Chrysler Marysville Plant prior to his retirement. He loved working in the woods, anything to do with antique cars especially Studebakers and Packards, and talking about his time in Europe with the U.S. Army. He attended Colonial Woods Missionary Church.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Martha; six children, George VanCamp, Monica VanCamp, Mark VanCamp, Kimber (Kent) Hunt, Ryan VanCamp and Chip VanCamp; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. Services will be held at a later date.
