She was born April 20, 2020 in Pontiac.

Paisley is survived by her parents, Chris and Ashley Surline; two brothers, Eli Wargo and Weston Surline; grandparents, Missy (Wayne) Wiczorek, John (Sue) Houle and Ronald (Kathy) Surline; great grandparents, Mark (Debbie) Lewandowski, Helen Anthony and Kathy (Al) Sloan; great great grandmother, Shirley Houle; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by sister, Sadie Elizabeth Surline; great great grandmother, Norma Fleming; and great grandfather, John R. McNinch.
