James Zurawski

James Thomas Zurawski, 78, of St. Clair Township, died Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

He was born December 5, 1941 in Warren to the late Sylvester and Emily Zurawski.

Mr. Zurawski was employed with Sam’s Club where he liked to joke around and talk to people. He served in the U.S. Navy. He loved his dog, Ashton, horses, watching westerns, going up north to the cabin in Lake City and visiting Pictured Rocks in the Upper Peninsula.

He is survived by his wife, Karen; a stepdaughter, Tara (Aaron) Wener; several other family members; and many friends from Sam’s.

Private services will be held with military honors under the auspices of the U.S. Navy.
