Obituary

Kolin “Kole” Keith Lashbrook, 65, of Wales Township, died Saturday, May 1, 2021.

He was born December 22, 1955 in Port Huron to the late Richard and Marcella Lashbrook. He married Pamela McCue on January 6, 1977 at the Goodells Gospel Church.

Kole was a 1974 graduate of Yale High School. He was a truck driver, who drove for Weston Trucking and also owned his own business, Lashbrook Trucking. Kole worked on the farm with his grandfather, and developed a lifelong passion for farming. He loved family more than anything, especially family time on Sundays.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Pamela, five children, Crystal Lashbrook (Jimmy Galeski), Amber (Jeff) Steinhaur, Joel (Kristen) Lashbrook, Tiffany Lashbrook (Les Goodman) and Megan Lashbrook (Fred Clark); 13 grandchildren, Austin, Emily, Montana, Arielle, Tom, Jared, Carly, L.J., Silas, Finnley, Ceaira, Freddie and another one on the way; three great grandchildren, Grayson, Weylyn and Roman; five sisters, Linda (Harold) Palmateer, Mary Jo (Patrick) Sheehy, Coleen (Thomas) Cowhy, Kim (Victor “Bud”) Burcar and Patti (George) Sepsi; brother, John (Cathy) Lashbrook; mother-in-law, Joanne (Lee) Papple; three sisters-in-law, Dottie, Vicky and Sherie; two brothers-in-law, Rod and Danny; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 1-3 and 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. A limited number of people will be allowed in at a time. Please wear a mask for the comfort and safety of others.

Private family funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. Pastor Peter Foxwell will officiate. Friends may view the service livestream on Kole’s page of the funeral home website and join the family for a luncheon at 1:00 p.m. at Martina’s Grill, 321 Huron Ave., Port Huron.
