Stephen Frank Lambert, 71, of Kimball Township, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021.
He was born December 20, 1949 in Port Huron to the late C. Neal and Winifred Lambert.
Steve was a St. Clair County Sheriff Deputy for 20 years. He was very active in Masonic activities including being a member of S Ward Lodge #62, Past Master of Smiths Creek Lodge #491 F & A.M, Past Commander of Port Huron Commandry #7 Knights Templar, Past Commander of Romeo #6 Knights Templar, Past High Priest Lapeer Chapter #91 Royal Arch Masons, member of St. Clair Chapter #12 Royal Arch Masons, and Past Patron of Mount Vernon Chapter #461 O.E.S. He enjoyed hunting and target shooting and was a member of the Blue Water Sportsman’s Association.
He is survived by three siblings, Charles (Carol) Lambert, Rebecca (Stephen) Armstrong and Winifred (Ralph) Crawford; three nieces, Michelle (Jonathan) Jespersen, Carrie Lambert and Suzanne (Matthew) Lambert; and many Masonic brothers.
Visitation will be held from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in the Marysville Funeral Home followed by a Masonic Service at 6:00 p.m. A limited number of people will be allowed in at a time. Please wear a mask for the safety and comfort of others.
Private services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the Marysville Funeral Home. The Reverend Dr. G. Patrick Thompson will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Honor guard will be provided by the Knights Templar.
