Patricia J. Brown Barrow, 84, of Port Huron, died Friday, June 25, 2021.
She was born March 18, 1937 in Port Huron to the late Anthony and Lucille Bonadio.
Patricia was a lifelong Port Huron area resident. She was a 1954 graduate of Port Huron High School and then received a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She was a teacher with Port Huron Area Schools for many years before her retirement. There are countless stories of the many lives she touched throughout her life, whether as a teacher, nursery volunteer at Grace Episcopal Church or as a greeter at Colonial Woods Missionary Church. “What would Jesus do” was truly the way she lived her life every day with everyone. She was a true Angel among us in every sense of the word.
She is survived by four children, Tonilu Achatz (fiancé Marc Pagano), Tricia (Tim) Ritchey, Kim (Matt) Germain and Arnold (Amy) Brown; 11 grandchildren, Arika Achatz, Cody Porter, Nadine Ritchey, Tim Ritchey II, Aleshia Ritchey, Courtney Starkweather, Collin Germain, Marcus Brown, Mykael Brown, Kyle Dubay and Jesse Dubay; sister, Mary Lou Rohlck; sister-in-law, Janet Bonadio; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Marcus, Anthony and James Bonadio; her parents; and stepfather, Herbert Mason.
Private services were held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The recorded service may be viewed on Patricia’s obituary page on the funeral home website.
Burial was in Lakeside Cemetery.
