Julie Ann Smith, 54, died Saturday November 20, 2021.
She was born on February 4, 1967 in Port Huron, Michigan. to her loving parents Bernice and Wilbur Smith.
Julie loved everyone. She enjoyed singing, teaching sign language to the children, baking, crafts, 4-H Meetings “Circle of Friends”, playing UNO, Yahtzee, coloring, homework, going out to eat, and was a member of West Haven Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sisters and brothers, Eleanor Genaw of Port Huron, Gordon (Cheryl) Smith of Clyde, Elaine (Bill) Shirkey of Kimball, Stella Hoskins of Port Huron, Sue Smith of Kimball, Brian Carrier of Clyde and Will (Kathy) Smith of Port Huron; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Julie was preceded in death by her mother and father, Bernice and Wilbur Smith; sister, Karen Carrier; brother, Orville “Chuck” Smith; and niece, Cinthia Smith.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home followed by a service at 12 noon. Amanda Rose, Julie’s niece, will officiate the service.
Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Fargo, Michigan. Pallbearers will be Julie’s nephews, James Shirkey, Earl Smith, Adam Hoskins, Paul Hoskins, Brad Carrier and Matt Carrier.
