Geraldine Estelle “Geri” Beerbower, 93, of Port Huron, died Friday, December 10, 2021.
She was born October 17, 1928 in Port Huron to the late Charles W. and Ida E. McCully. She married Ralph J. Beerbower on August 4, 1962 in Port Huron. He died March 31, 2016 after 53 years of marriage.
Geri was a 1946 graduate of Port Huron High School. She was a lifelong Presbyterian and member of the Mt. Vernon Chapter #461 O.E.S. She enjoyed playing cards, and in her younger years, bowling.
She is survived by two sons, Ralph J. (Kris) Beerbower II and Scott (Cyndi) Beerbower; two daughters, Nancy (Dennis) Harris and Debra (David) Burns; son-in-law, Al Bassett; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and another on the way; a sister, Phyllis Elaine Krainbrink; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Bassett; brother, Eugene (Shirley) McCully; and brother-in-law, Marv Krainbrink.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Dr. Joseph Baunoch will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot.
