Kathy A Gardner

Kathy Ann Gardner, 71, of Port Huron, died Monday, November 28, 2022, after a short battle with Huntington’s Disease.

She was born March 21, 1951 in Port Huron to the late Carlton & Mary Smith.

Kathy loved feeding the ducks and playing Bingo. She enjoyed going to the Zebra Bar, the Mainstreet Diner, and the Brass Rail. She especially loved making everyone laugh. When she was younger, she worked at Sam & Joes.

She is survived by her three children; Frederick Wehrwein Jr., Stephanie (Bill) Bezenah, and Melvin “Pete” Wehrwein; step-son David (Danielle) Gardner; grandchildren, Kayla, Andrew, Edward (Stephanie), Charles (Ann), Rebecca (Austin), and Melanie; great-grandchildren, Anya, Veronica, Gabby, Brian, Bradly, Lilly, Riley, and Freddie; brother, Robert; sister, Barb; Aunt and Uncle, Richard and Eva; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends, Abbie, Beth, and Mary. She was preceded in death by her husband David, daughter-in-law, Jeanette Wehrwein; and siblings, Charles, Carl, and Carol.

Services will be announced.
