Mary "Joann" Deising

Mary Joann Deising, 83, of Marysville, died Wednesday, July 12, 2023.

She was born June 4, 1940 in Detroit to the late Wilfred and Isabelle Cloutier.

Mary worked for Marwood Nursing and Rehab for 25 years. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Mary was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church.

She is survived by her five children; Leann (Dan) Morrow, Tanya (Brian) Bleeker, John Deising, Michael (Pam) Deising and Eric Deising; 11 grandchildren, John and Colin Morrow, Taque (Chelsea) Patino, Aedion Patino, Quentin “Reese” Patino, Andrew Bleeker, Carlee Bleeker, Alex (Chyanne) Kinnee, Lucy Deising, Audrey Deising and Maureen Deising; three great grandchildren, Miles, Crosby and Roman Patino; brother, Paul Cloutier; sister, Patti Cloutier; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Bill Cloutier.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, July 16, 2023 in the Marysville Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 17, 2023 in St. Christopher Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. The Reverend Art Baranowski will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville. Pallbearers will be John, Michael and Eric Deising, Brian Bleeker, Alex Kinnee and Taque Patino.
