Paul A Eveningred

Paul A. Eveningred, 67, of Fort Gratiot, died Thursday, July 20, 2023.

He was born August 30, 1955 in Port Huron to Dolores and the late Earl Eveningred. He married Sandra DuPree on May 13, 1978 in Port Huron.

Paul was a 1973 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School and attended St. Clair County Community College. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during Vietnam. He loved camping, woodworking, hockey, football and all water sports.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sandy; two sons, Steven (Jan) Eveningred and Matthew (Brittney) Eveningred; six grandchildren, Lane and Reed Eveningred, Ella and Kaleb Schuetter and Camille and Abram Eveningred; mother, Dolores Eveningred; sister, Brenda (Donald “Bo”) DuPree; and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 27, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. The Reverend Grant Forsyth will officiate. Military honors will be conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Marine Corps and the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Honor Guard.

Inurnment will be in the Allied Veterans Cemetery Columbarium.
