Shirley A Bearden

Shirley Ann Bearden, 86, of Marysville, died Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

She was born August 16, 1937 in St. Clair.

Shirley was employed at St. Clair County Community Mental Health for over 40 years before her retirement. She enjoyed watching the freighters on the St. Clair River. She was a member of the American Legion J. Edward Mallorey Post #449.

She is survived by two sons, Jeff (Tammi) Bearden and Mark Bearden; two grandchildren, Halie Christine Bearden and Brennan (Olivia) Bearden; two stepbrothers, Craig (Lynne) Herbert and Charles Herbert; and sister-in-law, Janice Herbert. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly Herbert; father, Jack P. Herbert; stepmother, Yvonne Herbert; and two brothers, Richard and Robert Herbert.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Shaun Laurain will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
