Fayetta R "Faye" Doherty

Fayetta Ruth “Faye” Doherty, 93, of Port Huron, died Friday, November 17, 2023.

She was born October 28, 1930 in Port Huron to the late Robert and Edith Burns.

Faye graduated from Port Huron High School in 1949. She was employed with Michigan Bell and Mueller Brass for many years prior to her retirement. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Judith “Judy” (Dan) Hawley; three sons, Michael (Cathy) Doherty, Joseph (Anita) Doherty and Mark (Tammy) Doherty; 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandsons. She was preceded in death by three sisters and a brother.

Memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11 a.m.

Burial will be in Kinney Cemetery, Clyde Township.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
