Dale W Goulette

Dale W. Goulette, 75, of Fort Gratiot, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, October 6, 2024.

He was born September 9, 1949 in Port Huron to the late Howard and Hilda Goulette. He married Ellen E. Hyatt on August 18, 1972 in Port Huron.

Dale graduated from Port Huron Northern High School and then earned an Associate Degree from St. Clair County Community College. He was employed at Mercy Hospital for 34 years before his retirement. He was a member of The River Church, serving as a Church Elder for over 25 years. Dale loved sports, playing them until he wasn’t able and then following his favorite teams on T.V.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ellen; three daughters, Kristie (Chris) Steary, Tammy Haerens and Lori (Eric) Pilon; 8 grandchildren, Carla, Marie, Cade, Faith, Bella, Colton, Dillon and Ben; great grandson, Leo; brother, Jerry; and several nieces.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 18, 2024 at The River Church, 3675 North River Road, Fort Gratiot. Pastor Bill Forbes will officiate.
