Joseph Bushor
Joseph H. Bushor, 91, of Port Huron, died Monday, April 16, 2012.
He was born April 5, 1921 in Melton Township to the late Frank and Pearl Bushor. He married Marion MacKenzie Johnson on July 21, 1951 in Emmett.
Mr. Bushor was a press operator with Mueller Brass for over 30 years. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of Local 44, the Quarter Century Club, VFW Charles Schoor Post #796 and St. Stephen Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Marion; a son, Philip Bushor; three grandchildren, Andrew, Alicia and Arrine Bushor; a brother, Bill Bushor and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Brent Bushor.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Mr. Bushor will lie in state from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012 in St. Stephen Catholic Church. The Reverend Brian Cokonougher will officiate.
The Rite of Committal will follow in Allied Veterans Cemetery. Military honors will be conducted by the St. Clair County Allied Veterans Council
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen Catholic Church.
