James Patterson

James Patterson, 43, of Port Huron, died Thursday, June 26, 2025.

He was born May 30, 1982 in Port Huron.

James loved music, especially playing the guitar, listening to dubstep and Finger Tutting. He was an avid movie collector and could quote almost any movie, with Deadpool being his personal favorite. James enjoyed snacks, joking around with friends and family, and playing with his dog, Shadow. Most of all he cherished his time spent with his son.

He is survived by his son, Kaleb Patterson; parents, Keith and Michelle Patterson; sister, Casey (Ashleigh) Anderson; aunts, Jackie (Alan) Kibbe, Lynn (Danny), Carolyn (Tom) Purkiss, Diane, and Cherry Mosurak; the mother of his son, Heather “Blue Eyes” and good friends, Josh and Gary. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Mark Rucker; aunt, Joan (Frank) Rossi; and grandparents, Beulah and Claude Rucker.

Cremation has taken place.
