M. Kay Barbe

March 27th, 1935 to October 14th, 2025

M. Kay Barbe, 90, of Port Huron, formerly of Marysville, died Tuesday, October 14, 2025. She was born March 27, 1935 in Port Huron to the late Cecil and Harry Neal Sr. She married Joseph Barbe on June 30, 1956 in Smiths Creek.

Kay graduated from Marysville High School in 1953. A wonderful cook, she loved nothing more than preparing meals and having her family gather together. She also enjoyed bowling, golfing and traveling. Kay was a past Vivian of the Ladies Auxiliary B.P.O.E. Lodge #343.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Joseph; three children, Paul (Gale) Barbe, Perry (Mary) Barbe and Pamela (John) Wilson; three grandchildren, Kristen (Tony) Damico, Karleigh (Euan) Miller and Meagan (Taylor) Jacoby; two great grandchildren, Addison Damico and Harrison Miller; sister-in-law, Susie Neal and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her eight siblings, Ruth (Frank) LaTurno, Alfred (Millie) Neal, Donna (Jack) Barres, Ross (Sylvia) Neal, Ted (Fay) Neal, Harry Neal Jr., Audrey (Virgil) French and Arlene (Leon) Keys.

Memorial visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, October 19, 2025 in the Marysville Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2025 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Minister Gary Osburn, a friend of the family, will officiate.

Burial will be in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
