Dawn M Seibert
Dawn M. Seibert, of Punta Gorda, FL (formerly of Port Huron and Marysville, MI), Passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, January 7, 2026.
Dawn was very active in her church and traveled around the USA and Canada with the Agape singers for many years. She graduated from Port Huron High School and attended St. Clair County Community College. After being diagnosed with cancer in 1999, she became a survivor for 17 years. She worked actively with the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life and enjoyed spreading joy through clowning with Clowns, Clowns, Clowns. After college she worked as a director of Little Lambs Day Care in Port Huron. She worked at Lowe’s in Fort Gratiot, MI until she retired in 2011 and moved to Punta Gorda, FL with her mother. Living in Florida she enjoyed gardening, shelling at the beaches and watching the sunsets. She especially enjoyed home projects, gardening and painting pictures with Gary Biemiller. She also enjoyed playing games and pool time with her great-niece Ryleigh Raye Daniel-Seibert.
Dawn is survived by her brothers Paul (Joan) and Mark (Patti) Seibert; sister-in-law Janette Seibert; as well as several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, many cousins and friends. She is also survived by her Godmother, Anne Stuever and Godson, Josh Ruther. She held a deep and lasting love for her close friends and care givers, Michele Brabant (and family) and Gwen Schoonover; cousins, Art and Jill Thomson and their family, Tom and Charr Black. Dawn was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Kirk Seibert; and niece and Goddaughter Laura Raye Seibert.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2026 in Grace Church, 14036 Matanzas Drive, Fort Myers, Florida. Pastor Sheri Lacey will officiate.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home, 912 Lapeer Avenue, Port Huron, Michigan with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Karen (Fiedler) Zurakowski will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot.
