Pamela S. Gilbert

Pamela Sue Gilbert, 68, of Fort Gratiot, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

She was born July 18, 1957 in Port Huron to the late Glen and Carol Kolar. She married Steve Gilbert on February 6, 1976 in Port Huron. He preceded her in death on April 10, 2011.

Pamela was a graduate of Port Huron Northern High School. She enjoyed crafting, beading, sewing and spending time outside, especially in her garden. Her family was very special to her, including her dogs, Savannah and Jake and her fur-nephew, Harley Dog.

She is survived by two daughters, Nicole (Tony) Jacobs and Alexa (Craig Jr.) Walker; four grandchildren, Mia, Jaden, Eva and Adalynn; sister, Marji Kolar; brother, Dennis Kolar; her twin, who was her best friend and soul sister for life, Patti “Toots” (Gary) Scheffler; and many nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held.
