Patsy L Haynes

Patsy Lou Haynes, 91, of Port Huron, died Sunday, August 16, 2026.

She was born July 25, 1935 in Port Huron to the late Alden and Alice Aldrich. She married Eldon “Sweeny” Haynes on January 29, 1955 in Port Huron. He died February 2, 2008.

Mrs. Haynes was a homebody who enjoyed watching birds in her backyard, gardening and shopping. She loved her cat, Wanda.

She is survived by two children, Kimberly Willing and Jeffrey Haynes; three grandchildren, Jeremy (Marisa) Vollstaedt, Jordan (Trevor) Prince and Devin Willing; seven great grandchildren, Bradley, Jack, Hank, Samantha, Charlotte, Delilah and Nolan; her cat, Wanda; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Dave Willing; and ten siblings, Ken, Malbourne, Charlie, Ray, Don, Jack, Geraldine, Peggy, Eunie and Betty.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 24, 2026 in the Lakeside Cemetery Chapel. The Reverend Dr. G. Patrick Thompson will officiate.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Blue Water Area Humane Society.
