Donald P Stockdale

Donald Paul Stockdale, 72, of Kimball Township, died Saturday, September 26, 2026.

He was born October 12, 1953 in Allegan to the late Robert and Gail Stockdale.

He married Michelle Morris on June 18, 2016 in Port Huron.

Donald was employed with the Voith Group for 46 years before his retirement in 2019. He was an avid outdoorsman who especially loved fishing for walleye, hunting and golfing.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle; daughter, Jennifer Jo (Dustin) Thompson; son, James Donald (Melissa) Stockdale; two grandchildren, McKenzie Thompson and Kennedy Stockdale; two stepchildren, Nicolai Morris and Alexandra (Grant) Lapeer; two step grandchildren, Maddi and Ella Lapeer; mother-in-law Marjorie (Stephen) Zachweija; special fur-baby, Reggie; sister, Carol (Mike) Gooding; sisters-in-law, Gail Stockdale and Deborah Corkins; and brother-in-law, Ronald (Karen) Morris. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Stockdale.

A luncheon will be held in Kalamazoo at a later date.
