Beverly Worley

Beverly Ann Worley, 94, of St. Clair Township, died Monday, October 5, 2026.

She was born July 17, 1932 in Detroit to the late Arthur and Marguerite Levellier. She married William F. “Bud” Worley on September 11, 1949. He preceded her in death on March 25, 2001 after 51 years of marriage.

Beverly was an amazing mother who lovingly cared for her disabled son in her home for 40 years. She enjoyed birdwatching, cooking and baking. When asked what advice she would give to all her descendants, Beverly replied, “Never give up on anyone,” and she lived her own advice.

She is survived by two daughters, Deborah (Michael) Riness and Krystyn (Dwaine) Havens; two sons, Craig Worley (lifelong partner, Jan) and William Worley Jr. (Nancy); and 135 descendants, including grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Altenritter; son, Michael; granddaughter, Tiffanie; and grandson, Matthew Worley.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 10, 2026 in the Marysville Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m.
