Lorna Dennison

Lorna Joann Dennison, 90, of Marysville, died Friday, October 9, 2026.

She was born August 26, 1936 in Port Huron to the late Russell and Addie Wood. She married Keith Dennison on July 27, 1973 in Port Huron. He died July 18, 2010.

Mrs. Dennison was employed at Marydale and Port Huron Hospital for several years. She enjoyed gardening, decorating for the holidays, and watching and feeding the birds in her yard.

She is survived by a son, Russell (Heidy) Martindale; seven grandchildren, Julie (John) Zsinor, Keith Gurnsey, Richard Gurnsey, Adam Sculley, LeeAnn Martindale, Stephanie Gardner and Alaura (Sam) Ward; eight great grandchildren, Paeten (Wayne) Rossignol, John Zsinor III, Kyle Gurnsey, Kendylle Gurnsey, Jackelyn Loxton, Katelyn Loxton, Ryleigh Gardner and Spencer Gardner; five great great grandchildren; a sister, Judy Grambow; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two children, Deborah Sculley and Michael (Glenda) Martindale; a grandson, Michael Martindale Jr.; a great granddaughter, Katelin Gurnsey; a sister, Bonnie; and a brother, Elden (Miriam) Wood.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 14, 2026 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend James Jones will officiate.

Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron. Pallbearers will be Keith Gurnsey, Richard Gurnsey, Adam Sculley, Kyle Gurnsey, John Zsinor III and Spencer Gardner.
