Ronald J Kilbourne

Ronald Jay Kilbourne, 66, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Friday, November 16, 2012.

He was born March 22, 1946 in Port Huron to the late Cyrus and Beatrice Kilbourne. He married Joanne L. Vanderscors on June 14, 1975 in Marysville.

Mr. Kilbourne was an accountant and administrator with Port Huron Hospital for over 25 years and was currently employed with the Behavioral Center of Michigan.

Continuing his legacy of dedication to healthcare, Ron was a Gift of Life donor.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne; three children, Marnie J. Kilbourne of Marysville; Lacey (Jeremy) Nelson of Saginaw and Shane P. Kilbourne of Marysville; a sister, Karen (Richard) Quintal of Mt. Morris; two nephews, Jeffrey and Michael (Candy) Davenport; his father-in-law, Robert L. Vanderscors; a sister-in-law, Jean Burleigh of Port Huron and her family; and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his mother-in-law, Doris P. Vanderscors; an infant brother, Gary and a nephew, Anthony R. Burleigh.

Per his wishes, private family committal services were held at Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
