Josephine Whybrew Emerick Lankford, of Anderson, South Carolina, formerly of Port Huron, died February 17, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Donna (Richard) Tobias of Hastings, MI. Graveside services will be on Friday in Lakeside Cemetery.
