Edwin A Brown

Edwin Allen Brown, 88, of Jeddo, died Sunday, February 17, 2013 after a long illness.

He was born September 26, 1924 near Lakeport to the late Norman and Alta Brown. He married Beatrice Wolfe on March 26, 1960 in Jeddo at Beatrice's parents' home.

Edwin farmed all his life.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beatrice; two sons, Jeffrey (Donna) Brown and Gregory (Christine) Brown, both of Jeddo; three grandchildren, Tiffany (Nick) Stein, Stephanie (Bill) Buchheister and Corey Brown; a great granddaughter, Alexis Buchheister; and two nieces, Kathy Brown and Leigh Ann (Ric) Rocheleau. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Alvin and Lloyd (Neva Jean) Brown; and a nephew, Dale Brown.

Visitation will be held from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2013 in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Reverend Douglas Studaker, Assistant Pastor of North Lakeport Wesleyan Church, will officiate.

Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery, Port Huron. Pallbearers will be Edwin's grandchildren, Tiffany, Nick, Stephanie, Bill, and Corey; and niece, Kathy.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or Grant Township Park.
