Albert E Langolf
Albert E. Langolf, 77, of Ft. Gratiot was reunited on May 19, 2013 with his beloved wife Patricia, grandson Benjamin and parents Daniel and Rose Langolf.
He was born August 19, 1935 in Port Huron and married Patricia J. Ferguson on December 11, 1954 in Port Huron.
Albert graduated from Port Huron High School in 1953 and was a cook in the National Guard. He was the Human Resources manager at Prestolite, a consultant for the Associated Church Builders, Inc. He owned Beltline Auto Electric, established Landmark Real Estate and retired as a broker in 2010.
Albert and his wife were ministers of music in the Nazarene and Wesleyan Churches for over 40 years. They were members of Colonial Woods Missionary Church. Albert was a longtime member of Gideon's International.
He leaves to honor his legacy his daughters, Diane Langolf of Port Huron, Lori (Scott) Roth of Goshen, Indiana, Lisa (Paul) Agosta of Ft. Gratiot and Debra (James) DiMoff of Marshall, Michigan; grandchildren, Adam and Jaime DiMoff, Michael, Aaron and Aston Agosta; brothers, Harold (Delores) Langolf of Marysville and Alex (Sharon) Langolf of Port Huron; and five nephews.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 pm on Wednesday in the Pollock-Randal Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 11 am Thursday, May 23, 2013 in the Colonial Woods Missionary Church. Dr. Gary Henecke will officiate. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.
David Langolf, James DiMoff, Scott Roth, Dan Langolf, Mark Langolf and Steve Langolf will serve as pallbearers.
Memorials may be directed to the "Little House that Ben Built" and Gideon's International.
