Howard K Goulette
Howard K. Goulette, 88, of Port Huron, died Wednesday, July 3, 2013 in Marwood Nursing and Rehab.
He was born May 8, 1925 in Port Huron to the late Irving and Lila Goulette. He married Hilda Hildinger on November 27, 1948.
Mr. Goulette was a lab technician with Acheson Colloids for 35 years, retiring in 1989. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church and was a co-founder and very active with the Mid City Nutrition Program.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Hilda; two sons, Dale (Ellen) Goulette and Gerald (Donna) Goulette, all of Port Huron; six granddaughters, Apryle, Tina, Dawn, Kristie, Tammy and Lori; 16 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Goulette, and two sisters, Helen Parrow and Mary Louise Lacey.
Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Friday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2013 in St. Martin Lutheran Church. Pastor Bill Austin will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fort Gratiot.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Martin Lutheran Church.
