Betty J Smith

Betty Jo Smith, 80, of Marysville, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2013.

She was born October 20, 1932 in Marysville to the late Claude and Jennie Nestle. She married Clayton Smith on June 30, 1951 in Marysville. He passed away February 10, 2013.

Mrs. Smith enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, camping with the Good Sam Club, garage sales and listening to country music.

She is survived by three daughters, Vicky (Steve) Path, Jody (Scott) Mahnke and Lori (Mike) Hering, all of Marysville; a son, Don Smith of Tempe, Arizona; five grandchildren, Michael (Margaret) Path, Gary (Rhonda) Path, Roxanne Smith, Katelyn Hering and Jason Mahnke; a great grandson, Alex Path; a sister, Cleo (Jack) Hoffman; a sister-in-law, Helen Miller; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant son, David.

A family burial service was held in Riverlawn Cemetery, Marysville.
