Eldon A Hutchinson

Eldon Arlo Hutchinson, 81, of Port Huron, died Sunday, October 27, 2013.

He was born March 19, 1932 in Capac to the late John and Viola Hutchinson. He married Janet Armstrong on October 6, 1951. She died August 15, 1994. He married Peggy Clarke on August 24, 2002.

Mr. Hutchinson was a crane operator with Mueller Brass for 42 years and also worked for the Seaway Terminal. He was a member of the Blue Water Sportsfishing Association and Moose Lodge #158. He enjoyed carpentry, gardening, fishing and hunting. He loved to watch sports, especially his grandchildren playing hockey.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy; five children, Eric (Pamela) Hutchinson, Daniel Hutchinson, Becky Hutchinson, Karen (Gary) Wright and Keith (Sofia) Hutchinson; four stepchildren, Annette Renno, Dana (Al) Macovis, Jennifer Hammang and Jaclyn Hammang; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; six step grandchildren; two brothers, Jerry Hutchinson and Virgil Hutchinson; and a sister, Sharon Tack. He was preceded in death by a son, Dwight Hutchinson; and a brother, Earl Hutchinson.

Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home. The Reverend Keith Sparks will officiate.

Burial will be in Christian Memorial Cultural Center, Peck. Pallbearers will be Jason, Chad, Blake & Wayne Hutchinson, Nathan Wright and Devin Hutchinson.
